How does member sign-in work?

Freedom Engine uses a secure email link to recognize your subscription and saved plan.

How do I sign in or reset my password?

There is no separate RetireDividend password to remember or reset. Enter the same email used for your subscription and open the one-time sign-in link we send. A trusted device can remain signed in for up to 90 days.

My numbers disappeared

Open Account & Backup in the app. Choose Restore cloud plan if you previously made a secure cloud backup, or Restore backup if you downloaded a JSON file.

How do I remove my plan?

Reset browser plan removes only the copy on that device. Delete saved plan everywhere removes the signed-in cloud backup and browser copy. Download a backup first if you may need the information later.

How do I manage or cancel membership?

Open Membership and Billing in the signed-in app and choose Manage billing with Stripe. The customer portal lets you update a payment method, download invoices, or cancel renewal.

How does the 14-day guarantee work?

The guarantee applies to the first monthly or annual purchase. Email support within 14 calendar days of purchase. Canceling alone does not automatically request a refund.

Does Freedom Engine store my card?

No. Stripe processes payment details and provides checkout and billing controls. Freedom Engine does not receive or store your complete card number.

Prices and distributions look old

Freedom Engine does not fetch live market prices. Update holdings manually and verify distributions with the fund sponsor before relying on income estimates.
