Terms of Use

These terms govern use of RetireDividend Freedom Engine and its educational planning tools.

Educational planning software

Freedom Engine provides educational tools, estimates, checklists, and scenario modeling. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, bank, accountant, insurance agent, law firm, or government agency.

No individualized professional advice

Outputs are not investment, tax, legal, insurance, medical, or benefits advice. Verify important decisions with qualified professionals and official plan administrators or government agencies.

No transactions

The app does not hold assets, connect brokerage credentials, execute trades, transfer money, file tax returns, submit benefit applications, or change account beneficiaries.

Estimates and assumptions

Projections can be wrong. Returns, inflation, taxes, healthcare costs, government benefits, laws, fund distributions, exchange rates, and living costs can change.

User responsibility

You are responsible for entered data, protecting backup files, independently reviewing results, and deciding whether to act. Do not enter authentication secrets or rely on the app during an emergency.

Account requirement

Freedom Engine Plus uses passwordless email sign-in for access to the signed-in plan. Customers must use the same email address associated with their Freedom Engine subscription.

Monthly and annual subscription renewal

Freedom Engine Plus costs $12 per month or $99 per year. Unless canceled before the renewal date, the selected subscription renews automatically at the same billing interval and price plus applicable tax. Stripe processes payments and provides invoices, payment-method updates, and cancellation controls. RetireDividend sends the payment confirmation. Customers who cancel retain access through the end of the paid billing period.

Fourteen-day guarantee and refunds

The first monthly or annual purchase includes a 14-day money-back guarantee beginning on the purchase date. Submit the request within that period using the support email below. After the first 14 days, payments are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, where required by law, or another exception RetireDividend agrees to in writing.

Availability

The service may be modified, corrected, suspended, or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or recovery of every saved plan.
